The Prospekt architectural bureau is a design organization that draws up designs of buildings and structures in accordance with the requirements of GOST and Rules of Construction. This is the company of the architect Svetlana Gvozdeva, under whose leadership a team of qualified engineers and designers work. Therefore, the bureau’s projects are stylistically diverse, interesting and innovative objects that will adorn any city.

Svetlana began her professional career in 1993 after receiving a specialized education at the Ural Institute of Architecture and Art. The future head of Prospekt architectural bureau has gained practical experience in designing in various organizations in Sochi. And at some point in her career, she decided to assume the responsibility of the chief architect.

Her own architectural bureau started its work in 2006. The company specializes in the integrated development of designs for various buildings and structures, as well as in interior design and landscape design.
